Any info on Play By Play and sounds?

I know that it might be too early to know such an information, but I was wondering if they improved this year's Play By Play commentary. One of the biggest turn off of NBA Live Series was the heartless commentary. I usually had to turn it off, because it was agravating the hell outta me when I scored a last minute three pointer, won the game, and instead an estatic, deafening "ovation", I got a "he hits it" from the commentator. I'd like a real, alive commentary that lives with the game, that go crazy over last second baskets or amazing dunks. I know it can be hard to implement it, but still, it would be the best.

And I have a quote that comes from an NHL forum, but I think it applies to the NBA Live series too (I edited it a little bit :D), and I hope we will get it in NBA Live 2004:

"Intensity baby we NEED it. We CRAVE it. We need rivalries, fights, chants, standing ovations right before the tipoff, heart throbbing, voice losing cheers after amazing baskets, trash talking, face washing, powerful slam dunks, controversy, WE NEED IT ALL!!!!" And I'd like to feel it in the commentary too.
And I'd like to add one more thing (I never miss a chance to say it :D): we need realistic gameplay too!!!!

I'm hoping NBA Live 2004 will deliver. :D

Don Poier and Bob Elliott have been replaced by TNT's Marv Albert and Mike Fratello. Marv and Mike will apparently interact much the same way they do on TNT broadcasts. They'll also react to the play rather than sounding like they're reading lines, or so one of the previews said.
