help controlling the player with blue circle under him??

why is a blue circle under my guy in the game? and why cant i move ,pass while this blue circle is under him? only thing it will let me do is throw a alley oop. its sucks cuz theres allways one player that will have the blue circle under him and i cannot controll him with any button. what is wrong becase it sucks playing 4 on 5 because of this blue circle under my guys. thanks

There is a chance that you may have two user controls designated to the same team. Make sure only one user is on your team and see if the problem is resolved.
