NBALive04 UK version, looking for rosters...

Hi, i have NBA live 2004 for the PS2 (PAL version for my ps2 UK) and i have a max drive.
I tried installing a rosters update from gamefaqs.com, did everything correctly, but found no changes in the game to my rosters.
I was just wondering do i have to get a pal version of the update file, and if so does anyone know of any websites or links to where i could find these.

I really want to update my rosters because i like my game up to date.
any help would be really appreciated, thanks, peace.

maybe you didn't load the rosters before you started playing

i have looked in the 'load rosters' section, and it says 'no data'

Any ideas or help?
