How can I create Calderon (Spain) in Toronto???

I opened player.dbf in my saves. Then, I copied Calderon record and pasted it, chaged the team number 42 (spain) to 26 (Toronto) and teampos to 4.

I dont get to appear the playmaker in the roster.
