I CAN'T INSTALL OFFICIAL PATCH

Hi. I downloaded official patch for NBA Live 2004 and I can't install it 
(. I see error: "Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
It's strange because game is original.
Does anybody know how resolve this problem?
