Players' jerseys have no numbers

Pls help me.I can't seem to be able to make the player's number appear on his jersey.i tried maximizing the graphical settings but it does no good.His jersey is gennerally ok.The only problem is that he doesen't have a number.everything else is there-name,team logos and so on.My video is Nvidia GeForce2 MX/MX 400.can anyone help me?
