Realistic Slider for Auto-Sub?

i play on All-Star on 6 Mins. i have my fatigue effect at 50, and my auto-subs at 75. However at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, my subs will still be in the game after having played the end of the 2nd quarter. In Live 03, if auto subs was on, the starting lineups would return after halftime. What are some the slider settings i need to make to have realist auto subs?
