Game Crashes

Sup? 
I have this problem with my nba live 2004(It never happened before) that just won't go away. Whenever I play Dynasty mode and play a game, then put Exit the game crashes
. It lets me play the first game of the season (When I put Exit, It exits and then I save), but when I try to play other games it ALWAYS crashes, even for games outside dynasty and season. Can anyone PLEASE help me? Cause its makin me pissed 
,.. I actually want to FINISH a season lol

P.S. I would try to re-install, but I accidently broke CD1. AND I did apply the patch.

Did you install some roster patchs or some jerseys/cyberfaces/courts/mods?

Thanks for replyin, Ya I did install some patches and roster updates, BUT I then deleted them.
