how to change teams in dinasty mode?

If you've been doing well, a losing franchise sometimes asks you to take over as their new GM, and tries to bribe you with tens of thousands of Dynasty points. You have the option to take them up on their offer, or stick with your current team. Besides that, I don't think there's any way to change your team.

I've heard people talk about 05' where you can get into the DBF Editor and switch like something of a team to Human or something
I belive they said it was possible for 04' as well
