editing teams without nba live running ?

Hi,

is it possible to edit teams (making trades, changing position in rooster)
without nba live runng ?
so i want to take the rooster file and edit it with ?

background: nba is not running on my notebook (too old), but when I have time i want to integrate the latest trades in my nba roosters.

use a dbf editor like dbcommander

You certainly can. There have been some threads with step-by-step guides to trading players and reordering rosters through the DBF. Try a keyword search of the Dynasty Issues and Patching Issues section for more details.
