What photo editor do you use for cyberface patching?

I use Adobe Photoshop (7.0) but I talked to Cklitise today and said he uses Pain Shop Pro, and his bheds looks better than mine ( 
) so i'm wondering if maybe should switch.
Beefeater aka "Soulstar" aka "Wiggle your big toe" uses/used Corel Draw and some of his bheds looks great

I also use Photoshop 7.0
