DYNASTY HELP!!!

Ok so whenever I try and load my Dynasty the game crashes, I even try to start a new dynasty and right after they say "The Current Roster will be carried over..blah, blah" The game crashes. Need Help!

do you us customart? if so turn it off and try it again.
