Too pixelated...Turn up the resolution.

It looks like his upper lip is too big.

Great for a first patch! But it looks like the nose and lips are slightly too high. For one thing the upper lip is too big, and it looks like the nose holes are too high, so I suggest try stretching it down a little.

Better skin color. Just remove the eye shadow and eye liner.
