probably again, but... trading draft picks?

As I could see there's been a lot of talking about draft picks, but i was searching so much through the forum but i couldn't find the answer, how can i trade the draft picks? I always get the message that the team is not interesting in trading draft picks at this time. Even if i make an offer with other team to my team, then my team is not interested... Also, due to poor trading and FA signing AI i have taken the control over the CPU teams, they are not making any trades, is there any way to fix that?

You can do trades and edit rosters manually for cpu teams by using a dbf editor. That's what I do, and I make sure everything is fair and square. I also put free agents into teams that did bad the previous year and if they needed to fill a hole. and plus, you can also edit salary numbers.

I was doing that, but it was easier to set "true" under user team(or something) so that i can edit their rosters in game. And i haven't found a way to set FA's salary to minimum so i have to send them to teams through DBFe. And is there a way to trade those draft picks or...? As i've seen, it's not possible through DBF...
