LMAO, everything seems hilarious 2day! OK, u need to do abit of UV mapping b4 you show everybody a preview bro. That will allow you to move the texture indepently on the bhed and sort out his dodgy eye and straighten the whole jaw/mouth area, but for a 1st try its good
