...if you purchased the item legally of course.

or if u just cant find itits on the back, botton left corner of your Jewl Case (the small case the game came in)

Does he have it legally? Are you sure it is not on the back of the case? On the lower left side? It should be 5 groups of letters and numbers separated by dashes.

I have heard of some places that will Sell you a Legit Key/serial @ a cut rate, i heard anything from $5 to $20! Check Google!

I'm sure he just lost, broke, threwaway or had his cd-case stolen.

I thought the CD-Key's were copy-specific?
