How do you install cyberfaces?

I've downloaded several. I made an xplayer folder in NBALive2004/render and put a folder called yaming_ for example for yao ming and put all the cyberface stuff in there, but how do I install it so my computer knows it's in there?

I tried EApatch, but whenever I click it it loads and appears on the screen for 2 seconds and then closes.
