Free Agency bug?

DOes anyone else notice that after the first season there are a bunch of high profile free agents who don't get signed by a team? I'm on my 2nd year of my detroit piston dynasty and names like ginobili and ron mercer and troy hudson have not signed to a team. seems unrealistic. is this a bug in the game? has anonye been able to fix this to get the computer to sign more free agents?

Yes, this is a problem with Dynasty Mode. The situation can be resolved manually by:

a) Moving the players through DBF editing (PC only)
b) Signing the players for the minimum, then trading them back to their original teams
