Can some1 tell me how to make Bobcats in the game?

ye, i just wanna know how 2 make them available.. is it possible to have them come after boston, like alphabetical..? so if anyone knows, please help me out.. and also.. is there a way to add players on that team> since the draft is comin.. peace
