Created Players To The Draft

i found it before, but i can't seem to see it anymore or find it. can someone post it up here again, cause i want my created player to be like the 13th pick or something like that, he's not all 99, so he'll probably be like in the teens.

There's a sticky thread in Live 2003 Patching Issues. The process is pretty much the same for NBA Live 2004.
