, but can't you mix all the splash 2gether, so it will come up randomly in the game, Like the .org guys splash screens for Live '03

hmmm i don't know about that... you could try replacing the other screens. like the one with all the team logos and the disclaimer using the player screens. they're all in renfe/english/xfestscr.viv. also the there are two files for the official player screens. the first is the xtitle.fsh inside the xfestscr.viv and the other one is xsplash.viv found in the renfe folder. one is when the game loads and one is every after the game when you quit. you can mix it up if you want. i don't know of any other way...
