short numbers

Dont know if someone ask this. maybe im too lazy to search the forum.

SOrry if anybody posted this.

But I would like to ask how? even I turned on the shortnumbers on teamgear.dbf nothing happens. I mannage to make an fsh file with 32 bmps with alphas on alpha.dat from bkn 0-C and frn 0-C and add shn 0-C but still didnt show. then I remake a jersey w/ fsh subfile. back,blet,buni and frnt i add shrt. but still nothin showed up.
