Hello Everyone,
New to the fold, and I was wondering how player ratings are determined. For instance, I once knew a guy who kept player ratings in NBA Live 2000 updated through using formulas in an excel spreadsheet. He would go on NBA.com, get their latest FG%, etc. and input the number into his spreadsheet and it would spit back a number to put into NBA Live. Does anyone know where I could find something like this?
