Faces on roster screen different from in-the-game

Please help me guys!!!!
I've changed players faces (loda.o) to update them. On the rosters screen everything is ok, but in the game, faces are all messed up. I've changed lodd and lodc and nothing. I think lodau is the problem, but I can't change the mapping since it doesn't support textures.
What can I do? Pls help. Thanks.
