game still crashes

my game still crashes after the EApatch, sometimes it doesn't sometimes it does, seems that it crashes whenever i play at home or when i win, its really irritating now, someone help please

Cut the attitude. It's not a case of not wanting to help; it may be that no one knows what to suggest. I'd like to help, but I have absolutely no idea what the problem is. You might want to get in touch with EA's tech support staff, since EA are the ones responsible for the official patch.

it jus randomly crashes but most likley when im home or when i go to the pause menu select controller screen

Is your video card supported by NBA Live 2004? If so, you might want to try updating your drivers. Conflicts with video cards are a common cause of crashes with NBA Live - Back in the days of NBA Live 2001, I used to experience quite a few crashes on my old PC with its original video card.
