how do i install them? cuz when i do they dont over write the ones in my game.

You'll need to edit the player's PLAYERPKG value in players.dbf. This question has been asked before, so you'll find a more detailed explanation elsewhere.

to install an update of a missing player do i have 2 create one with just the right face type an hair type an stuff or do i just create a player name him and install the patch?

you have to edit the players.dbf and change their playerpkg. its been asked many times before.

but i did edit the playerpkg kenkains kyle korver just wont install. an so wont Miki's haslem. im suposed 2 put KYKORVE for korver an UHASLE for haslem right?

That is correct. You must place the files in correct folder in render, and change the PLAYERPKG accordingly. Also, change the player's ISCREATED attribute to False, and FACEPATCH attribute to True.
