Force feedback

I was wondering how hard it would be to make force feedback for the pc version?? cause the xeffects file says it doesn't support it...yet but it isn't likely EA will create a patch to enable it
I was wondering if that patch could be done, like take FF effects from another game and rename them and then just turn the comments in xeffects into commands
I think a lot of people would appreciate thah patch
