help! NBA Live 2004 League Manager

i go to the downloads section and the download for "NBA Live 2004 League Manager" doesn't work anymore...and i can't find it online anywhere...does anyone know where i can get it? or if you're on AIM, could you IM it to me? thanks...

i just found the link for the older league manager, and it doesn't work either....help
