I see a bunch of people using different settings. I suggest you use 10, 10, 10, and 70. (70 being the area you want to improve). You have to put 10 in each one so your player doesn't get worse. 10 is the absolute minimum. If you use 5, you're bound to get worse in that category. Sometimes with this setup you might get no improvement at all, but more often then not, you'll improve in the category you selected. I use this all the time and the players I train alot can really grow in skill if you can continue to develop them. For example, Amare Stoudemire has the range, but I was able to increase his FG relatively high, so now he can really be a threat with mid range jumpers.

did you discover the tip using andrew's roster ? cause with some other rosters or training camps tweaks it may not be the same
anyway, your idea seems to be good. i was used to place around 20 in each category and just one 35 but that didn't work at all

whenever i SIM the training camp i never lose points, and sometimes (not always) gain 1 on whatever the sim trained the most.

Ok just today I did a personal training session, and I was able to get a 2 point increase in FG, so it's possible (but rare I guess) to increase a stat by 2 with my sliders.
