Caron Butler Early Preview....any comments or fix suggestion

I was just thinking 2day which NBA player i could update and i was gonna do both Butlers but Rashalls headshape needs a huge overhall and i wanted something easy to do so i didnt bother!
Anyway, Nice... I LIKE
But........... and im sure u know all this anyway...u need 2 sort skin tone and tidy the face, around the hairline, eyesockets and especialy around the mouth, i dont know if its the Bhed or the actual Loda but the mouth is no where near straight, if u look close up u can see that he is looking to the left(ur right) but his mouth is still centered on the face........and his ears need a tweak!
I dont mean to nag, im seriously trying to give u constructive comments, im trying to tell you what i want ppl to tell me........after i have been patching/looking at the same face for hours i stop seeing the actual FACE, all i do is focus in on the features then i always miss them little things.........i shutupnow!
