editing the salary cap

hey, sorry if this was already addressed

i got a prob with my salary cap. The limit is 1,000,000 however most players salaries are way above that. Is there a way that i can fix the prob so that the salary cap is bout 44mil, or just have the max player salary at 300,000 points????

with the salary cap all screwed up like this i can't sign FA's and offseason is usually a boring time for me
