Converting EAM files to mp3 ?

Hi guys
Can someone help me , i wanna export some songs from madden 2004 to Live .
So i need a program to convert the EAM files to either mp3 files or directly to asf.
Hope someone can help me.....thanx

Just rename the extension to .mp3
