As far as I know. That isn't possible.
The game is designed so that is has 29 teams everywhere in Dynasty...

the best way to play a franchise with the Bobcats is ... to come back to Live 2000 :p :p :p :p

i did it in 2003, worked in franchise and everything....thats when my love of creating new teams started
