I extracted a fsh logo from the viv files with EAGE,I imported another one with FshEd and then I re-imported it in the viv file with EAGE... what am I doing wrong??? Last year this method worked perfectly!!!

Hi,has anyone managed to import new logos? If then how and with which utilities?
I extracted a fsh logo from the viv files with EAGE,I imported another one with FshEd and then I re-imported it in the viv file with EAGE... what am I doing wrong??? Last year this method worked perfectly!!!
