Bird played PF at the begining of his career. He played SF most of his career. The reason he's listed as PF, is because they wanted to put Erving and Bird in the same starting lineup.
Gervin was a shooting guard, but played SF some of the time.
Carl Braun also has his position and height completely messed up. I believe they list his as a 6'7 C, when he was a 6'5 guard.
Oscar Robertson is listed at SG, but he was more of a PG.
