inseason field?

hey andrew... in your live 2003 rosters, i noticed that created players like lebron/carmelo don't appear in the league leaders even though their stats met the requirements... so i checked out the dbf, and noticed that alot of guys have their "inseason" field set to false... changed it to true and they all appeared in the league leaders

im just wondering if you could update the "inseason" fields for the created players :oops:

... i'm unsure of any side effects to this or if you had done this on purpose in the first place though

I've just released v1.14...it'll have to wait until v1.15. But thanks for reporting that, I'll definitely have to correct that. :oops:

the inseason fields are still set to false for all the players added to the game after the all stars (teams 30/31 and legend teams)

affected players: from Brandon Williams (playerid:1093) to Hiram Fuller (playerid: 1195)
also i noticed Chris Webber (id:925) is listed as team 38 (referees), i'm not sure what that would do though~

we could fix the inseason fields ourselves, it's not a major gameplay issue, but because there are like... around a 100 players that needs change.... do you know any way that we can mass-edit fields?
eg like change all inseason fields to true where playerid is from 1093-1195 etc???

I'm sorry, I thought I already replied to this.

The Chris Webber you've noticed is actually from the Western All-Stars. I've just placed him on Team 38 so that he doesn't appear in the rosters. This is a better method than deleting him from the database.

I'll just fix the INSEASON errors myself. (Y)

do you know how to change the inseason fields of many players at once? hmm.. can you post it if you know?.. then i think we can just fix it ourselves and you can just leave the 03rosters... because everything else is already good as they are...

really appreciate you still spending time for 2003 rosters... even though so little people play it now...thanks!!

It would be safer to simply go down the database and change all the fields.
