how to add all-star court patch

I just got live for pc, because I sold my ps2 for new video card. 
and I realized that the real 2004 all star court was different from live2004 and somebody made the court patch in zip file. it only had 4 files in it.
2 fsh file and 2 o file. Where am I suppose to put these files to make the new court show up in the game?
