I will also be looking for members who do exceptionally well, (showing League enthusiasm, fair play, great games, great attitude, helpfull to other GM's) to be promoted to other various "Positions" within the league, i.e... Post-Pre Game Journalists, Forum Moderators, Roster Guru's, etc...
