Is it just the picture, but both on the right look like he has this very very slight smirk on his face, makes it look kind of weird. Also, just being critical, but I think the nose needs a tinsy-tinsy-tinsy bit of work before it is 100% perfection!

MAYBE add some more contrast, he seems a bit ashy.... Like he has EXTREMELY dry skin. He looks a little more chocolate in real life. Other than that, ol monkey face never looked so good!
