Changing the COurt/stadium at the Main Menu?

I'd like to replace the court/stadium at the main menu (the one where the ballers dribble and shoot around).
but i cant find the files in the xcourt and xstadium vivs.

ive already tried changing the eacrt and eastd files but nothing happens.


I know this could could be changed coz i already edited the stadium back board from xcommon.viv (replaced the NBA logo on the glass with a PBA logo).

can any1 tell which files should be changed?

try fecrt

You must replace all files with "fe" in the xcourt.viv and xstadium.viv.
Example: You want to take the staplescenter of the Lakers. Then you change llstd.fsh in festd.fsh, llstd.o in festd.o and so on

festd in xstadium.viv and fecrt in xcourt.viv I think you need to make them black and white too b/c festd and fecrt are all b&w.

i didnt notice it before coz i was sooo used to seeing an fecrt file in 2003.
our PBA Live 2003 MOd has an "fe" team - fedex.

your pba mod for 03 was cool even though i don't watch it

hmm i never thought about changing the that court even though i saw it before

I tried this and had a red missing texture message where the crowd was supposed to be, so I copied over the custom practice court of Gund Arena that ShaqAttack made and voila.........
