can't capture screenshot with a new keyboard

i got a new keyboard, logitech access keyboard. it doesn't capture screenshot when i press f12. does any1 know how to fix this?

Does it have an F-LOCK key on keyboard?

yes it does

OK, make sure its switched OFF when u try and capture using F12 key. U could alwasy re-assign the capture key in main\cscripts.
