Team Scouting

When you are at the matchup screen and on the bottom it says "Team Scouting." Is the part in gray how much of a certain category a team has? What is the red for? It's confusing if you ask me.

Each category is divided into two opposing styles of play and the red bar just indicates which style the team is inclined to play. For example, Minnesota has the red bar far into the zone defense side so they're much more likely to play zone defense than man to man.
