Glitch: SHOOTING FOUL IGNORED!

There are times when a shooting foul ocurs, the whistle is called, Marv Albert makes a makes a comment (like "and he's going to the line to shoot 2"). Then all of a sudden, auto-subs kicks in, the substitution siren sounds, players sub-in, and the team which should have been sent to the free throw line, receives the ball to inbound from the sideline.

I'm thinking WT??????!!!!

At first I thought I had missed something, or that the glitch was simply in Marv's commentary. But the player was definitely fouled, and the ref had blown his whistle for a pair of FTs!

Counting the number of times this has happened since (in games vs the computer and vs a human user), the total occurences are now at 12. I've played about 25 games all up. So thats pretty frequent. It usually happens at least 3-4 times a game (8min quarters).

Please let me know if this happens to anyone else? And if so have you found out the cause or solution?

It's happened to me before. It's happened in pretty much every NBA Live, actually.
