Andrew, please make Rookies team - James, Anthony, Wade...and 2-ond year's team - Ming and others...OK Andrew?
Tue Dec 23, 2003 6:37 pm
I will consider that idea. However, I might wait until the All-Star game though, when the official Rookie vs Sophomore rosters are announced.

Other good idea...To make team, where would be players, like Rodman, Rider...They are playing now, but not in NBA

What do you think?
Like retried NBA team....

Hmmm...I'd rather add them to the Legends Pool and Decade All-Stars, rather than make another Retired team. Sorry.

A International Superstarts Team

Or a complete Failure team. Korleone Young would so be in there.
Fri Dec 26, 2003 12:32 pm
I will consider those suggestions for special teams. However, I will be adding classic/championship teams first.

Fri Dec 26, 2003 1:21 pm
yeah Baron Davis From The Cleveland Cavs got traded to the Boston Celtics, i wanna know the whole trade
Fri Dec 26, 2003 1:52 pm
That's
Ricky Davis.
Ricky Davis, Michael Stewart and Chris Mihm were traded to Boston in exchange for Eric Williams, Tony Battie and Kedrick Brown. The trade is included in v1.02.
Fri Dec 26, 2003 1:52 pm
oooooo it is? ok sorry lol. Sorry Rickey Davis lol Baron Davis plays 4 Hornets rite? lol my bad
Mon Dec 29, 2003 6:59 am
hey, do u have cyberfaces for the people that you added to the legends pool and decade teams?
Mon Dec 29, 2003 10:48 am
Due to problems with CustomArt, there are no cyberfaces included with the roster patch. Yohance was going to create some cyberfaces for the created Legends, but because of the crashes they cause I've elected not to include any missing face patches - for now.

hey andrew!
i was looking through the statistics on nba.com and i looked at the key changes in the league's centers. there have been drastic improvements and regression in terms of performance.
Yao Ming (HOU)
This year Last Year
PPG: 16.2 PPG: 13.5
RPG: 9.0 RPG: 8.2
BPG: 1.94 BPG: 1.79
FG%: 52% FG%: 49%
improved on almost all statistics (over-all rating should increase from 75 to around 81 on FG, rebs, ins sco)
Shaq O’neal (LAL)
This year Last Year
PPG: 20.0 PPG: 27.5
RPG: 11.6 RPG: 11.1
BPG: 2.44 BPG: 2.37
FG%: 55% FG%: 57%
lowered offense but higher defense (defense ratings should increase by 3-5 points correspondingly, FG and InsScoring ratings should decrease from 99 to around 95 - 97)
Pau Gasol (MEM)
This year Last Year
PPG: 17.5 PPG: 19.0
RPG: 8.4 RPG: 8.9
BPG: 1.5 BPG: 1.8
FG%: 46% FG%: 51%
lower scoring due to a noticeable decrease in FG%, less defense (over-all rating should be reduced around 3 points)
Eddy Curry (CHI)
This year Last Year
PPG: 13.3 PPG: 10.5
RPG: 6.7 RPG: 4.4
BPG: .96 BPG: .77
FG%: 50% FG%: 58%
scores more this season, higher rebounding, less FG% (curry scores more from the medium range than in the low post now) - over-all rating from 60 to around 64/65
Vin Baker (BOS)
This year Last Year
PPG: 11.9 PPG: 5.2
RPG: 6.1 RPG: 3.8
BPG: .65 BPG: .58
FG%: 50% FG%: 47%
this is a comeback player, improved on all statistics.
over-all rating increase by around 8 points (FG, Rebs, Ins Scoring and Offensive/Defensive awareness)
Mon Jan 05, 2004 7:34 pm
Shaq's ratings shouldn't really change - his stats are affected by the Lakers' new lineup, so he hasn't really declined at the offensive end. I will try to tweak his defensive ratings though, as well as the ratings for the others you mentioned.
Mon Jan 05, 2004 8:45 pm
andrew,
i think that makes a lot of sense since the lakers simply has an all-star line up!
i'll be scouting for noticeable statistic changes on specific stats to help you out on updating roster patches! i'll take a look at forwards and guards who have improved or fallen drastically this season!
anyway, nice work andrew! and keep it up!
