Does this happen to anyone else?

I've got the Xbox version of Live '04 and sometimes when a certain song plays ("Stand Up"), or when I look at the starting lineups menu, or when I go to the 1 on 1 menu, the game makes a horrible sound, and all other sounds cut out except for that one sound. Does this happen to other anybody else on any other system?
