Help: Transferring season 03-04 to 04-05

How do I make my new rosters start out in the year 2004-2005. Also, if i finished one dynasty season (2003-2004) how would i transfer all the player and team stats to my new rosters im making. Im trying to make a new roster in the years 2004-05, next years bball season. Any ideas?? thanks..
