Game crashing: When comparing..

Game crashes when I compare players during tradeor reviewing mvp candidates, it will give out an error message Nba2004.exe has caused an error. It will now be shut down. (Or something like that) Anyone has any similar problems?

yes I have recieved that message but it happens right when I start the game, I still haven't even seen the ea sports logo....

It's probably because you have customart on.
