Editing logos using nfshtool.exe

i have a problem using nfshtool:
i unpack .fsh files with it, then i replace the BMP's (in this case - logos from xlogo_f.viv), and then when i try to pack it back, i and an "FSH data buffer full. increase BUFSZ parameter in INDEX.FSH"

how do i patch these files ?

You need to manually increase the buffer size to enable NFSHTool to rebuild your FSH file. To do this you simply edit the index.fsh file for the FSH using notepad and increase the number found in the index.fsh file where it allocates the buffer size. I have been increasing the buffer size by a factor of 10 (adding a zero onto the end of the number) and it works fine for me.
