are cpu teams developing during dynasty mode? i mean, are they also gaining dynasty points and then buyin' dynasty extra's or trainings? if they are in which file contains order what are they buyin' first?

Well, I'm not sure but I think they develop too. You can see in the Stats Central the earned Dynasty Points of your opponent. So why should they earn Points if they're not able to use them?!
Does anybody know where I can look up the development of my players in the dynasty? In NBA 2003 there was a point in the magaer office. Does it in 2004 still exist? I hope you know what I mean.
