Can I change the names the annoucers say?

I wanted to play a season where I edited a lot of the existing players to some of the old school guys - getting rid of players I don't like and replacing them with guys I do like.

But the announcers and PA announcers still say the old name even though I have changed their name.

anyone know how to edit the name the announcers say? even if they said #10 it would be better then it is now.

Change their PLAYERIDs to 1200+. That way, the link between the speech files and the individual players will be broken.
